Online Lunchtime Yoga

Service Description

When the weather isn't playing nicely, join me online for an hour long lunchtime yoga class! Dates will be updated weekly. Practice in your own space with your favorite props from noon to 1pm. A gentle warmup with some breathwork practice will be followed by some traditional (and some less traditional) poses and movement, ending with a few stretches and a few minutes in final relaxation. By the end of class hoping you will achieve a more relaxed and balanced feel to continue with work or whatever you have planned! Come join online!
