Sunday Morning Yoga in Alley Pond Park!

Service Description

Come to Alley Pond Park on Sundays for Yoga in the outdoors! All levels welcome for a 60 min Hatha Yoga class Sundays from 10-11am. Please bring your own mat and/or props, and some water to hydrate after class. Meeting point is at the Alley Pond Picnic Area. Parking lot is on 76th Ave just off of Springfield Boulevard. Please come 10 minutes before class start so we can meet and walk to our practice area on the grass. ** Parking is free! ** ** Please note that bathroom facilities are available on the premises but may be closed during certain hours.
