About Me...

aka, Lorine @ Swaying Tree Yoga :)

The outdoors is my haven and my healer. The trees are my inspiration and my protector from the elements. I marvel at Nature and its adaptability. I draw from my Reiki and Yoga studies, gym workout routines, love of Nature, and openness to alternate methods of healing when I teach. I hope you enjoy the journey as much as I do!
