Let your day wind down gently in movement and meditation on select Wed's 7-7:30pm ET online
Service Description
Join in for a way to wind down your day with some gentle stretches, breathing and mindfulness meditation. All levels welcome! PWUC $6/8/10 A Zoom link will be provided and available for 48 hours for anyone signed up, even if you didn't make the live class!

Cancellation Policy
- Please come to class at least 10 min before class start as to not disrupt the class flow and fellow students participating - You may sign up for class up to one month in advance(!) but no later than 15 minutes before class start - You may cancel up to two hours before class start either online or by contacting Swaying Tree Yoga for a refund or class credit - No class credit or refund will given if canceling after the two hour minimum cancellation window or for any no-shows - If class is full you may choose to be on the waitlist. If a spot becomes available you will be automatically notified up to an hour before class start. Please note the open spot will be available to you for 30 minutes before the next person on the waitlist is notified. - The Waiver must be signed in order to participate in any STY classes or workshops
